Lately I've been wondering whether I should start watching one of those really long shonen animes. I always passed on them before because I don't have the patience to watch hundreds of episodes, and also because the animes had already started, so I would have a hard time trying to catch up. But I guess I might try one out because I crossed most of the animes I was going to watch off my list. And next anime season doesn't seem to have too much for me to watch. It'll be mostly sequels/prequels/etc. that I'll be watching, like the Working'!!, Shakugan no Shana 3, and Fate/Zero. I'll try watching Persona 4 and Guilty Crown (just because Guilty Crown has pretty art, and Supercell will be doing the music!), and maybe Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai as long as it doesn't have lots of fanservice...Other than that it seems like most of the animes are the anime adaptions of eroges. :\ Well, after I tackle the handful of anime remaining on my to-watch list, I'll be out of anime to watch.
So without further ado, please tell me if you've seen any of the following anime and what you thought of them. I'll start out with the shonen animes, and then a few that are not classified as shonen.
Naruto That has to be one of the all-time most well known animes. It seriously has a ton of episodes, and I've heard that a lot of the characters die (though I suppose the main ones like Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura are still alive) so I've never really wanted to watch it. But it is the only anime that one of my friends watches, and it is really popular after all, so maybe there's some good reason for it?
Bleach I actually am quite interested in this one, partially because I think Rukia is cool and partially because I want to laugh at Ichigo's name. (I mean, really? Who names their son "strawberry"?)
Katekyo Hitman Reborn Another one that I'm tempted to watch. Dunno if I should watch the anime or read the manga, since either way it will be really long.
Gintama I noticed that it was very highly rated on MyAnimeList, which probably means it's good, seeing as it was the ratings on MAL that made me watch Fullmetal Alchemist.
Fairy Tail I really don't know much about this anime, so I'd appreciate it if you could tell me about it.
D Grayman Ditto on not knowing much about it. I just know that there's a guy, Kanda Yu, who looks like sorta like Gakupo, and there's some girl called Lenalee Lee.
Soul Eater Something to do with reapers/shinigami? At least it's only 51 episodes.
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann This one is actually pretty short, about 27 episodes or so? I think I'd have enough patience to watch it. XD It does have two films, though.
Tiger & Bunny It's apparently a show about superheroes, which does not particularly interest me, but I do like the cute boy in it, Ivan Karelin. :p If there's any shonen-ai in T&B, I'm much more likely to watch it. (Though I don't watch yaoi animes like Junjou Romantica and Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi, I did watch No. 6 just to see if the characters would get together XD)
And here's some non-shonen anime that I'd like to know about.
Steins;Gate Since it's loosely related to Chaos;Head, I thought it'd only be mediocre, but I've heard that it's quite good. Maybe I'll give it a try.
Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai/The World God Only Knows I'm not sure yet whether I'll watch this. There's so many girls in it that it looks like a harem. o_o;; But it does seem quite popular, and after all, the main character is a video gamer, so it'll probably be funny. Probably. If you've watched it, tell me what you think.
Uta no Prince-sama Yes, the bishie-loving part of me took interest after seeing the characters (and there's even a trap in it! Her - I mean, his - name is Ringo Tsukimiya). I'm not sure if I'll watch it, though, considering that the main character seems kind of annoying, and Starry Sky was a big disappointment. My friend bashiri called UtaPri the worst anime ever, but she seems to like it. So maybe it's one of those things that is "so bad, it's good".
Of course, feel free to recommend me any anime that you've liked. I tend to like anime with comedy and action. I'll watch slice-of-life, fantasy, sci-fi, or historical, as long as it's good. Romance is okay but I generally don't like animes where the entire plot revolves around romance. I'll watch shonen-ai/yaoi or shoujo-ai/yuri so as long as the characters don't...er...go too far (as in, um, sleeping together, for example). I tend not to watch mystery, mecha, magical girl, or harem animes (but if you find one that is really, really good, I might check it out). I will not watch horror, though.
Anyways, about the second part of this post: Saimoe. When I was looking at Moetron, I saw something called Saimoe that kept being mentioned. I looked into it and apparently it's like a competition to see who the most popular female anime characters are, so people vote for their favorite within each of the groups (ex. A1, A2, B1, B2, C1...etc.). Below is the standings at the time that I am writing this.

Right now I'm cheering for:
- Tenshi (Kanade Tachibana from Angel Beats!)
- Menma (Meiko Honma from Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai...Whew, what a mouthful). ...But actually, I've always liked Anaru (Naruko Anjou), who is also from Ano-hana, better than Menma. Unfortunately, she just barely lost to some girl from Jewelpet. -_-;;
- Ohana Matsumae (from Hanasaku Iroha)
- Mami Tomoe (from Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica) Kyouko Sakura, Miki Sayaka, and Madoka Kaname are also still in the running for the time being, so I guess I'm rooting for all of them. It's too bad Akemi Homura went up against Misaka Mikoto...Otherwise she would've had a better chance.
- Kuroneko (Ruri Gokou from Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai) I always liked her better than Kirino.
- Stocking (from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt) I was going to watch that anime, but I heard it had some inappropriate things in it. XD I do think Panty and Brief make a cute couple, though.
There's actually a girl called Salsa Tortilla... o_o;; And I've heard there's a series called "Papa no Iukoto wo Kikinasai"...which in English means "listen to me girls, I am your father"?! It sounds so funny. I might actually check it out once they make that into an anime. (But it's probably not about a father and his daughters. More likely that it's a harem... -_-;; )
It's a pretty weird coincidence that Victorique de Blois and Mikoto Misaka are about to face off, because Gosick (the anime Victorique is from) and To Aru Majutsu no Index (the anime Mikoto is from) are two of the animes on my current to-watch list. :p And it's pretty funny how Sui Shijima, the awesome old lady in Hanasaku Iroha, won her first round. I'm kind of sad that she lost in the second round. And I'm really sad that Hanasaku Iroha has ended. But I guess I feel like moving on, just like the characters are moving on. I won't spoil anything for you, don't worry. :p

I finished this anime pretty much as fast as I could, and not because I hated it, but because I loved it.
Well, I don't know, maybe just liked, because it isn't my top favorite anime (actually, I don't even know what my favorite is anymore). Still, I really did enjoy it; it has action, comedy, and romance, as well as characters that I like (except for two of the villains, but it's unusual for the antagonists to be more charming than the protagonists anyways). Not to mention that I do have a bit of a penchant for tsunderes, and at certain points, the main character, Zakuro, displays some very tsundere-like behavior.
The anime starts out with Zakuro and her fellow half-spirit girls finding out that they are going to have to work together with soldiers to take care of the trouble that spirits have been causing. I won't reveal anything else, so if you want to find out, give it the 3 episode test - basically, watch 3 episodes of the anime, and decide where you want to finish it. Actually, for me, sometimes I only watch the 1st episode. That was enough to make me decide I didn't want to watch Akikan or Omamori Himari (urgh, too much ecchi, no thank you). So, whatever # of episodes floats your boat.
Anyways, Otome Youkai Zakuro seriously has a lot of characters that look like characters from other series.
Takatoshi "Omodaka" Hanadate (Otome Youkai Zakuro)

Matsuyuki "Yukiatsu" Atsumu (Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai)

Both of them pretend to be something that they're not. Hanadate poses as a lieutenant but turns out to be after Zakuro for his own sinister reasons. As for Yukiatsu, he can't get over Meiko Honma (or Menma, as she is called in Anohana) and dresses up as her. Also note that both Hanadate and Yukiatsu are interested in the main female character of their respective animes, but in both cases the girls like someone else. And at one point Hanadate says he's stuck in the past because of his mother's death and her supposed rejection of him. That reminded me a lot of Yukiatsu, who was unable to move on after Menma's death.
Aya Orikata (Otome Youkai Zakuro)

Yuuko Ichihara (xxxHolic)

Both of them are the owners of unusual shops, have mythical beings as their assistants (Mugi is Aya's helper, and Maru and Moro help out Yuuko), and of course, the signature pipes they're smoking.
Tsukuhane (Otome Youkai Zakuro)

Kohane Tsuyuri (xxxHolic)

Besides the similarities in their names and appearances, I can't think of much, except...Both of them lived lonely and secluded lives. Tsukuhane's husband had her live in the mountains, alone except for the fox spirit Kushimatsu, and later on, when her daughter Zakuro was born, Tsukuhane fled with Zakuro to keep her safe. As for Kohane, her mother becomes distant from her.
Actually, now that I think of it, xxxHolic and Otome Youkai Zakuro do have some profound similarities. Spirits are a big part of both animes, both of the main characters' parents are dead, and both are sometimes funny, sometimes slightly disturbing. It does make me wonder if the author of the Otome Youkai Zakuro manga ever read or watched xxxHolic.

Ah, chocolate. So delicious. I do like a lot of sweets, but out of the "candy" variety, chocolate is probably my favorite. (I say probably because there may still be more delicious foods out there, just waiting for me to try them.) Milk chocolate in particular. Dark chocolate's a bit too bitter (a lame attempt at wordplay there) and white chocolate's artificial... But milk chocolate is simply splendid. Right after winter vacation, I noticed that my parents had purchased a box of chocolate cookies, and I ate so many of them that I gained several pounds. (I still haven't been able to shed them. In fact, I gained weight again. I wouldn't care so much if it didn't mean that it makes my pants not fit so well.)
Too bad chocolate isn't really the best thing for your health. Recently we had to bring in food that we cooked to French class, as the product of a cooking project. Many of the foods were desserts, and most of those had chocolate in them. What's funny is that the very day that many of us brought in the chocolate foods, the teacher said that she'd just been to the dentist. He had not been happy with her teeth...because, apparently, she'd eaten too much chocolate.
I'm pretty sure my dentist won't be too happy either. He always tells me that I need to floss, and I realize that I really ought to...But I'm not good at it; sometimes it hurts, and it's a hassle besides. I wonder if I have cavities again? I never seem to feel any pain from them, so it always surprises me to find out that I have them when I see the dentist. Maybe it does hurt but the signals for pain haven't been reaching my brain.
I wouldn't be too surprised, because lately, I think I am somewhat of a masochist. Just the other day, in PE, I was playing soccer, and it got kind of wild. I probably could've stopped myself from falling, but instead I let myself fall to the ground. I hit the ground pretty hard, and I was asked the customary "Are you okay?" by several girls. But I actually felt better after getting bashed up, just as I enjoy feeling hungry and even having pulled muscles (if I pulled the muscle from a good run the previous day, that is, and not from being in a weird position).
Ah, but it is getting to be around time for Valentine's Day, and Singing Valentines and rose grams are going up for sale at my school. I wonder if anyone here gives chocolates for Valentine's Day? When I was in elementary school we'd give each other little Scooby Doo/Clifford/Spongebob/etc. valentine cards, with a lollipop or some other candy. But I don't recall ever seeing anyone give just chocolates for Valentine's Day, and certainly not hand-made ones in a heart-shaped container or anything like that. I guess it's either something kind of personal that you wouldn't do within sight of other people, or I've been reading too much manga and keep expecting people to behave like they're in Japan. (No White Day here, after all.)
I was reading one of the two Kaichou wa Maid-sama! side stories that comes after chapter 28, the one about Yukimura and his sister. I thought it was really a lot like a certain episode in Ouran High School Host Club, when Nekozawa isn't the princely big brother that the little sister wants. Well, Maid-sama and Ouran were both in the LaLa magazine, so I guess they would have stylistic similarities. By the way, I'm looking for good manga to read - either really funny or just something that would touch your heart, or both - preferably already finished (but not that old, at least in terms of art style, if you know what I mean). Let me know if you have any suggestions.

I've heard the saying, "The way to a man's heart is through his stomach." I'm not sure if the man here refers to humans in general or just men, but I have certainly been quite fond of food lately.
Ever since we got home from the cruise ship, I seem to be hungry at the oddest times of day. I would wake up, at, say, 1 or 2 in the morning, and would feel the urge to eat something. Last night it took me a while to get to sleep (in fact, I'm not quite certain that I slept), and woke up at around 5 in the morning. I was rather drowsy at first, but I actually don't feel that tired from waking up early. Perhaps I should make this a habit. (It's funny how after taking a nap you often feel more tired than you did before napping, for instance.)
Once it was around 11, I paid a visit to the library I usually visit before going to another town to visit the San Jose Library, West Valley branch. I've only been here once before (at least in my memory) but I liked it a lot, although I have trouble navigating it. It seems to be quite the bustling place. There were a bunch of kids, and I noticed that they had Nintendo DS. (What's the plural form for DS? Is it just DS or is it DSes, or is it DSs?) I discovered that there's this room called the Teen Space, and on the wall there's a poster of Haruhi Suzumiya, as well as some drawings from people who are apparently part of a manga and anime club. I thought to myself, "Hey, it might be interesting to join, and I can get my drawings put up on the wall..."
But anyways, since there were apparently ramen shops nearby, we went searching for one which an acquaintance of my dad had mentioned. We found that it was inside a Japanese supermarket. That ramen shop is part of a chain of stores, so we've actually eaten there before (in Japan). But instead of being a restaurant, here you place your order and wait for your number to be called so you can pick up trays with your food on them and find a seat amongst the various tables.
It was the supermarket which interested me in particular. There was an Andersen Bakery inside the supermarket. My mom used to buy me this bread that has custard on it. It's quite delicious. When I was looking around, I saw that there was melon-pan (melon bread) being sold! (It's a bit different from usual, it doesn't look like the usual melon bread. Instead it apparently has cookie dough on the top. But it's quite delicious nevertheless.
I was very excited getting to hear people speaking Japanese. (I should get used to it already, but I can't seem to help it.) I could hear people saying "Irrashaimase!", which means "Welcome", and "Okage desu ka?" (I think that's what I heard, but I don't remember clearly. I forget what it means.) And there was a girl sitting at a table eating her lunch, and she kept saying, "Okashi daiyo" which I believe means something like, "It's strange." But I have no idea what exactly was strange.
I sampled some dango and looked at the sushi and rice balls. It's really quite thrilling to see the foods that you've seen in anime or manga in real life. It's like confirmation that fiction really is based off actual things and happenings. I was on the cruise ship watching a comedy juggler perform and he pulled the tablecloth off a table in one swift motion. The plates and utensils on the table didn't fall off of it. I saw this same thing executed in the anime Kuroshitsuji. I'd like to try it too (although I don't want to risk breaking my plates).

In my math class, a conflict arose over the single tissue box that is open in the classroom. There are more of them, since we turned them in for extra credit (along with the measurements of the tissue box and its volume on the bottom) at the beginning of the school year. But only one was open, and it was on the left side of the room. A guy walking over there to get a tissue said he wished there was one on the other side so he wouldn't have to walk so far. The teacher suggested we simply move the tissue box over, but that wouldn't work because then the people on the left side would have to walk far for tissues. It would have been best to put it in the middle. Or even better, open more tissue boxes and place them at strategic points in the room.
Tissues have been brought up in another class, too - history class. My teacher showed us a tissue box that he kept and doesn't plan to use because he received it from a student and it said some interesting things on it, like "Please don't leave me in your pocket in the laundry" (not specifically quoted since I can't quite recall), "I'm there when you need to pick up icky things", "I'm there when you're sad", and whatnot. What a talkative tissue box. (Though other tissue boxes do have words on them. Once I turned over a tissue box and there was a poem on the bottom)
By the way, when searching for the image of the tissue box (which I still haven't found) I noticed some other cool ones, like watermelon slice-shaped tissue boxes, and cat tissue boxes, and whatnot. (Probably it's just a cover put on a tissue box, but it's still nice.) CLICK HERE for an example of one that sort of matches my blog's layout, hehe.
Anyways, back to my history teacher. He apparently had a dream where he went to school as normal, but then his tissue box tower was a lot shorter. He has a tower of tissue boxes next to his desk which he collected from the students. The teacher seemed kind of emotional, since he said he had worked so hard to get the tissue boxes and it was saddening to see many of them gone suddenly.
I kind of understand the gist of it, I suppose. I had a similar experience recently except that I wasn't sad at all, like I had expected to be. I always used to visit a website called Nutrinopets, because of the forums, but it had gone down some time ago. I expected it to come back online, but it never did. I've always wondered how I was going to quit, and it looks like the work has been done for me. I guess I'm kind of sad because I won't get to really say goodbye to it, but I'm also pleased because I have somewhat more free time now.
Do you recall me complaining about the weirdness of the labels on Blogger? Well, it seems to be fixed now! And now I can put lots of labels at my will. Plus, the drop down/up menu shows up again when I start typing a label I have already used. I'm so glad it got changed back to normal. It's like there was someone listening to me.
That reminds me of Pita-Ten, a manga I finished recently. It's not that new, so the whole series was already out. The author is Koge-Donbo. (I always thought it was a two person team, like Peach-Pit, but it turned out it was one person) Pita-Ten is about a boy who meets a clueless, hyper angel, and also a demon. The story turns out differently in the manga and the anime. I'd say the manga is more serious. (Oh yeah, and Koge-Donbo also is the author of the mangas Kamichama Karin and Digi-Charat) Basically, I was thinking it was almost like I had an angel watching me and they found a way to fix my problem.

"Homemade" movies have been coming together around me. My piano teacher and my parents want me to record my piano playing. My teacher says that I can share it with my children when I'm older (since when you get older, you can't play some songs anymore. Lack of strength? Lack of skill? I dunno). My parents just want to send my music to my relatives in China so they can ooh and ah over it. So my family has been using our new (sort of) camera to record the songs that I'm playing currently. I keep laughing or getting nervous, though, and so I don't think any of the recordings were really as good as I can play if I'm feeling good. Oh well.
And then my piano teacher actually arranged for her top students to have their songs all recorded and put together in a DVD. We would dress up - like dresses, or perhaps a suit if you're a guy - and then we'd go to her apartment, and one of her students recorded us, and then he made it into a DVD. I just got the DVD. The cover picture is nice-looking. But all the piano players and the teacher have their picture in black and white, so it made me feel like I'd already died and it was a memorial DVD. D:
One time I was reading Fruits Basket, and in one of the novels, I was looking at the fan art section in the back. (I don't know if the original Japanese manga has a fan art section, but I know the English manga does.) Actually, I think there was someone from the town where I live. It was amazing. I guess it's a small world after all.
It was the Moon Festival recently. I had forgotten until my mom told me. (But really, it's late this year. I thought it was normally in September) Some of my parents' friends came over to our house because of it. Apparently, one of the families (there were two, though one person was missing because he was sick) had another friend who owned a cat and a dog. They went over to the friend's house, and then their son (who was also at my house, but didn't do much besides play his DS) was bitten by the dog. The dog wasn't even vaccinated since their owners thought it "wasn't necessary since the dog never left the house". And the cat was crazy too, trying to attack people. I guess that's why my parents' friends are against dogs going unleashed in our town. If they already can cause trouble when they are leashed, then having them unleashed would make it worse. But I think it would be cool if there were places dogs could run free, and maybe "touch upon their wolf heritage" or whatever. I mean, I heard there are places where there are beaches for dogs to run free. It would be cool if someday I could have a dog and go there.
I was taking some photos at home and one of them came out kind of weird. I spilled some soup at dinnertime once so I decided to take pictures while I had the chance. When I had the flash on, the photo turned out kind of interesting. (Click to enlarge photo. It's really big!)
This blog has already been running for a whole year. In fact, the anniversary was only a few days ago, on September 30th. Let's toast to the future of the blog! (Unless you want it to go down. If so, I don't even know what you're doing here. o_O;; )

When people say that, they usually mean that there are a variety of ideas and cultures and races in the United States of America. But in this case I am taking the phrase more literally. Right now, it is extremely hot outside. Sitting in the car makes you feel as if you're a cookie baking in an oven. It's a relief that we've gotten our Saturday schedule over with. (A typical Saturday for me is waking up, being lazy for a while, then we go to two libraries, maybe go shopping or eat at a restaurant) Now I'm just at home sitting in a rolling chair, with the ceiling fan on. (Because apparently the air conditioning uses more energy...So it's better to use the fan if you're just in one room)
Recently while I was at the San Jose Library - Calabazas Branch, I discovered another section of books that I never before tried to exploit. It's called the Young Adult section and it has some mangas, along with a bunch of novels. This section seems pretty popular even with children, mostly because of the manga, though there are some people perusing the books that aren't just mostly made up of pictures. I never cease to be astounded by how many books are about some cheesy high school romance or something like that. The adult section is not much better - mostly murder mysteries, or books about people falling in love in an unlikely way. Blah, blah, blah.
So far I have not gotten very far on the story/book I am writing (I am not sure how long it will be when I am finished). It's possible I could change the names or add more characters or remove characters or change the plot. Mostly I am wondering what in the world I should name the book. (A hint is that this is not a fantasy or sci-fi book, it is more like a modern day sort of "real life" fiction. The main character is currently supposed to be around 13 or 14 but I could change it) If you have a good suggestion, I'd really like to hear it, since I don't want to call it something really lame. My previous writings have rather odd titles, like The Factor of the Opera, Diary of a Dolphin, and The Timeline of the Ancient Immovables. (I may have incorrectly recalled the last name)
My mom seems to have a strange way of dealing with problems. Since she is a rather assertive and self-assured person, she sees nothing wrong with complaining about something she finds inconvenient or pulling on someone's hair. I am seriously considering cutting my hair so she has less of it to pull on. Since I usually have my hair in a ponytail, if she's mad, she'll yank on it, which I don't think is very nice. Other times she does what you'd call "boxing ears". I am concerned that this violent approach may get out of hand and she'll land herself in trouble with the authorities. (I notice that she rarely hits me or her husband in public)

I know, that may sound like an imitation of Dr. Seuss. But it was catchy, so I thought I'd use it for my post title today. I've been going to my mom's office during the spring break. When we were driving to a restaurant for lunch (Romano's Macaroni Grill), we passed by a rather ugly-looking field of grass. In the field were many sheep! They didn't have so much hair so that they looked fluffy but you could still tell they were sheep. I was pretty surprised, but my mom says that companies use sheep to eat up the grass so the ground will be more even and easier to traverse.
So, I was walking to the staircase with my mom at her office, since we leaving, and there some of my mom's fellow workers were chatting. (I don't know whether they were talking about work or just having fun.) They thought I looked like my mom's sister! This is odd because I don't have that much resemblance to my mom and also because I don't want to look like I'm someone old enough to be working. (Though we have a similar height and all, we aren't that much alike besides that.) So I was a bit offended by that. -_-;;
I look more like my dad anyhow, so a lot of people say that. I wonder what I would like if I were a boy instead? I think I would look like basically a younger version of my father. But my mom thinks if I were male, I would look like a male version of her. So who knows? I can't just change my gender, or I'd be like Michael Jackson. *shudder*
Right now my dad has become my art slave. (No, I don't mean the kind of art slave on the Internet where you pay someone to do any graphics/drawing/coding requests you have) Since I am very busy with my children's story, I draw the pictures and color small things, and he colors the big things. That way he doesn't get lazy and I have time to relax once in a while. (I am very tired from stress, lack of sleep, and carsickness. I still get carsick on long rides. Too bad we can't move to those nice apartments next to the orange grove which is close to my parents' offices. They want me to go to a good school, so I can't move there.)
Recently I finished reading Chicks with Sticks: KnitWit. It's the third book in a trilogy about some girls who become friends because of their knitting. It's too high-school centered, what with all that gushy stuff, so it doesn't count as one of my favorite books, but it wasn't too bad either. It does teach you about different colleges (at least the third book does). I hadn't known that they have a fair for you to see what kind of community service you can do, or that there was even a college called Bryn Mawr.
I was reading a manga called Dream Saga just recently. I used to go to Borders and just read the manga while I was there, but I don't visit Borders that often, so it was hard. I saw it in the library and so snatched it up quickly. Right now I am starting on the fifth and final volume. I hardly remember the characters anymore since I haven't read it for so long, but I'm starting to get it again.
Apparently the author likes to talk about what music she's listening to. In a lot of manga books, there are side columns or bottom sections here and there with things such as character profiles, splash page info (splash pages are those pages at the beginning of a "chapter" which are big and detailed), and answers to readers' questions. So I started investigating the music the author was listening to, just to buff up my huge playlist even more.

One of my friends has a group (kind of like a club, basically) on a website, which she runs along with her sister. They want me to make graphics for the group, but I would have to make three "samples" every month. I like making graphics, but I don't have that much free time...But I don't want to make them upset by refusing because my schedule isn't free enough. So I don't know whether I should go for it, or just sacrifice some of what is important to me to do this. :(
Anyhow, I only wrote part of this last night, even though I was planning to write all of it. This is because I kicked something (one of the cords, maybe?) under the computer and then it all restarted! I was so mad because I lost all of what I wrote and I can't remember it...I should've saved a draft before I kicked it. Oh well.
Even though Wednesday is late start day, I still kept waking up on and off during the night...And then eventually it was 8:00 am and I couldn't sleep anymore. This just stinks...Well, at least I get some time in the morning to read manga online. I couldn't find it in the library, which is really frustrating. (It's much more convenient to carry a book around than a laptop around... And then you would need Internet access 24/7!)
Eating cheesecake for breakfast is nice, except the raspberry cheesecake is starting to taste odd. Then I drank some milk, which tastes really nasty with cheesecake! Don't try it unless you like weird flavors!
That kind of brings back a childhood memory... When I was younger, I didn't like going to restaurants, since I didn't like to eat back then, so I just made some concoctions. You know how you usually get a water glass at a restaurant? I would put all sorts of things. Sugar packets, vegetables, rice, and so on. I tried to get my parents to drink it, but they refused.
It's been raining a bit recently, so we end up watching a sports movie in the gym rather than doing a lot of exercise in PE. I don't really mind the movie except for the fact they always have to play things in slow motion a few times! And the volume was way too loud because I was sitting close to the TV. I think I've gotten deaf from it, so I just try to cover my ears to lessen the sound.
My mom found a big teddy bear stashed away somewhere. On the tag, it said it was a Little Brown Bear and the profits were being donated to some non-profit organization. Apparently it was from Bloomingdales so my parents suspect it costs a lot. My mom also found a Yves Saint Laurent bag someone gave her. She was planning to give it away because she didn't use it, but then she looked at some YSL stuff on the Internet and noticed it was really expensive! The bag was probably worth at least a couple hundred bucks! That was a disturbing find.

I only had math homework, and studying for my science test. So today I really did not have much to do. I'm glad, so now I can spend more time wasting away my life on the computer, haha.
I've been using Google Translate like crazy lately. I love translating things from English to other languages, such as Italian, or French, or Japanese... It's so much fun. You should try it sometime. It might confuse people, but it's still quite entertaining.
Mostly I have looked for a nice image for making a header. I plan to make a header for my Anime Watched page, and maybe even a divider if I need one. And then I might even make a Manga Read page, but it seems a little pointless because I've watched more different animes than I've read different mangas. (Well, I have a link to my profile if you want to see what has happened so far.)
Eh bien, jusqu'à ce que la prochaine fois!
うーん、次回まで!
In other words... Well, until next time!
